To make sure that specific team members get notified of an issue - @mention them! To @mention someone, you must already have team members or guests within your project.

How to @mention someone

• To @mention a team member or guest, click the @ icon in the Toybox Comment Box or simply type @ into the comment input field

• A dropdown will appear where you can either select or search for a member to mention

‍

• Once you've selected members and/or guests to mention, leave your comment and press Post!
• Everyone you selected will receive an email notification letting them know you @mention'd them on that specific task.
