Upgrade your account plan

You can upgrade your account plan to any premium account plan at any time (Starter or Business).

To upgrade your plan:

• Go to your Toybox's organization page
• Click the "Billing" button in the sidebar

• Select the billing type: Monthly or Yearly
• Click Choose Plan under the plan you want

Before you confirm the purchase of the plan, make sure:

• You've selected the right plan
• You've selected the right billing cycle (Annual or Monthly)
• The amount you will be charged is correct
• The card being charged is the right one

The last step is to confirm the purchase of your plan

Annual pricing gives lets you pay for any plan upfront at a discounted rate. Paying for an annual plan can save you up to 20% compared to paying monthly.

Cancel or downgrade my subscription

To cancel or downgrade your subscription please contact us here or intercom us anytime within the Toybox application.

Proration and refund

Toybox prorates plan changes based on your existing balance, credits, and how many days you have left in your billing cycle.

We do not provide refunds - if you have questions about this policy, please feel free to contact us.
